Questions before you start
What do I need to provide?
A completed brief, your logo and brand materials if you have them, and the information or images you want on the site. We can help shape copy from your notes.
Which ten pages can I include?
We agree the page list before work begins. Home, About, Services, individual service pages, Work, Reviews, FAQ and Contact are one common mix, but yours can be different.
Is £499 a one-off payment?
Yes. The website package is a single payment of £499. Hosting and the domain are paid to their providers, and Website Care after the included month is optional at £49/month.
How much will hosting and the domain cost?
They are paid separately, directly to the provider. We will explain suitable options and their ongoing costs before you choose. Help choosing a provider, connecting your domain and launching the site are included in the package.
What happens after the included month of Care?
You can continue for £49/month if you choose, with no automatic renewal. New pages, redesigns and extra features are quoted separately.
Can you work with my existing website?
Yes. We will assess whether this fixed package fits, or whether a separate redesign quote makes more sense.
Can I add a shop or booking system?
A shop or custom booking system is outside this £499 package. Tell us what you need and we can quote it separately.
What do SEO, AI-search optimisation and Google setup include?
We set page titles and descriptions, organise content clearly, add appropriate structured data, and help connect Search Console and analytics. We can help with a Google Business Profile if your business is eligible. Search rankings and AI recommendations are never guaranteed; Google controls its own verification timetable.
