Personal data we collect

When you contact us or submit the project form, we may collect your name, email address or Telegram username, project type, project description, reference link and the contents of our correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive personal information through the form.

When you browse the website, our hosting, font and security providers may process limited technical information that is normally sent by your browser, such as IP address, browser and device information, to deliver and protect the website. With your consent, we also use analytics tools — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — to understand how the website is used and to improve it. These are not activated unless you accept analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time. Microsoft Clarity may record aggregated, masked session activity such as page navigation, clicks and scrolling; form fields and other sensitive content are masked. We do not use advertising pixels or behavioural advertising profiling on this website.

Why we use personal data and our lawful bases

We do not use project-enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

Service providers and recipients

We use service providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries. These include GitHub Pages for website hosting and delivery, Google Fonts for website typography, FormSubmit to process project-form submissions, and Google Workspace or Gmail services to receive and manage correspondence. Where you consent to analytics, we also use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) and Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft) to measure and improve website usage. We may disclose information where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where a transfer is subject to UK data-protection law, we will use an appropriate safeguard or other lawful transfer mechanism required by that law. You may contact us for further information about the relevant transfer arrangements.

How long we keep personal data

We keep project-enquiry data for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise it unless we need to retain it for a client relationship, legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions in its archive for up to 30 days. If your enquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant records may be retained for the period set out in the applicable agreement or required by law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, erase, restrict or provide a copy of your personal data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. To make a request, email [email protected].

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.

Cookies and automated decision-making

Our use of cookies and similar technologies, including the optional analytics cookies described above, is set out in the Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which is our lawful basis for them, and you can withdraw consent at any time. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to make decisions about project enquiries.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
