Barsion
A managed IT company whose own site was a WordPress build carrying a page-builder and a stack of plugins. We replaced it with a hand-written bilingual site with no build step and no dependencies: first contentful paint went from 7.7 seconds to under half a second, network requests from 90 to 12, and the finished page makes zero third-party requests.
